2LOGIC was founded with a simple yet powerful vision: to make IT easier, more flexible, and more accessible for small and medium-sized businesses. We saw the frustration SMEs faced—juggling multiple providers, dealing with rigid contracts, and lacking the right support to grow. So, we set out to create a better way.

I would like to get Cyber Essentials Certified, can you help?
Absolutely! We help lots of businesses pass both their Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certifications. In fact, our Managed IT Service will help your business become compliant by default.
How much is IT Support?
This will depend on what your business needs. Our Managed IT Service has three Plans – Basic, Standard, and Premium. These start at £35.00 per user, per month.
How easy is it to move from my current IT company?
Since we’ve onboarded a lot of companies, most of which already had an IT company, we’ve made the process as simple as possible. We have a full onboarding process that will ensure services are transferred seamlessly and with as little disruption as possible.
What are your contract terms?
For our Managed IT services, we offer a straightforward 12-month contract. That’s because real progress and value take time — there’s only so much we can achieve overnight. We believe this term strikes the right balance: long enough to make a meaningful impact, without tying your business down for years. Unlike many providers, we don’t believe in lengthy lock-ins — just fair terms that work for both sides.
Is there a minimum monthly spend?
In short, no. However, we prefer to work with businesses who have at least 10x employees since these are the ones that we can help the most.
